What type of movement is the Clock ?

The Tiny pacer is powered by a Quartz mechanism with soft sweep system for a more precise timing control. Uses a AA battery that has been installed during assembly and that will last you for years.

How do I change the Bottle Strap ?

There are two available straps that are included with your Tiny Pacer, regular and extra large. The strap is just attached by velcro, just remove the velcro of the left side and replace it when using a extra large bottle.

Is the Tiny Pacer Water Resistant ?

The Tiny Pacer is IPv4 class water proof, meaning that you can put it under the water sink and splash it as much as you want. Its designed to be placed on the edge of the pool and resist as many splashes of your flip turns, Though it is not designed to be submerged.

How do I order a Tiny Pacer?

You  have to purchase them by adding them to the cart. You can fill up the name you want us to put in the back of the clock. You can also specify in comments, if you want a specific combination of colors for the chassis and the Dial (they are available in white, purple and navy blue). Note that once your name is placed on  the clock  it cannot be returned nor refunded.

You can pay through Pay Pal or with a Credit Card.

What happens after I place my order ?

First we create the casing of your Tiny pacer with your name and we put the number of the unit. You cannot change the number of the unit but if you are interested in a particular advance number that is near by we can reserve it for you.

Then we proceed to manufacture your own particular clock using SLA-ABS type plastic. Each clock is unique and personal. You can see a detailed process of the making here.

 

Our story

How long does it take to manufacture my clock ?

We normally manufacture your clock in 48 hours, but note that the ABS resin takes 4 hours to cure on bright sun, if the weather is bad it may take us longer to manufacture.

What are my payment options ?

You can pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by using PayPal, at the moment you are able to make your purchase in USD and EUR.

The prices shown on the website are including tax (21%) for countries in the European Union (EU). Orders with a destination outside of the EU are without tax. Orders with a destination outside the European Union may be subjected to customs and duty & taxes to be payed by the receiver at the point of, or after delivery. Please check with your local customs office to see what the charges are as this differs for country to country. Unfortunately it is not possible for Swimgadget to pay import tariffs or duties applied by customs of your shipping destination country. If tariffs are applied by customs you will have to pay these in order to release your products from holding.

 

Is my payment secure ?

Yes your payments are secure. Your payment information is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encryption is the global standard for payment on the web and is supported by Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and other popular browsers.

Delivery and Tracking

We deliver world wide, and we will send you your tracking number along with your receipt. Express Deliveries can take up to 5 days to reach destination, you have to be patient.

Warranty

What is your return policy ?

Each Tiny pacer is individually created and crafted with your name and it is personal, for this reason our policy is: No return and no refund.

What do I do if I receive my Tiny Pacer and it does not work ?

We will manufacture another one and send it to your at no cost.

I received the wrong product, what do I do ?

First please make sure to check your Order confirmation email to see what you ordered. If we made a mistake in the spelling or in the color or if it is defective,  please contact us at info@swimgadget.com, We will manufacture another and deliver it to you at no cost.

What happens when I have a broken clip or strap ?

Wear and tear is normal by usage. If you leave it on the sun while not in use, the colors may fade. This issue is not covered by our warranty.

If you are sure it is a manufacturing defect, you can make a warranty claim by emailing us directly at alex@swimgadget.com. Describe the problem and if the damage is visible please attach multiple clear pictures that show the problem. If it falls under warranty we will replace it. If it doesn´t, we may give you a reduced price to replace the damaged clock so that you can go back to swimming as soon as possible.

If your strap breaks or the clip holders breaks send us an email and we will deliver you a replacement at no cost.

 

What is your warranty policy ?

Your clock is covered by our 2 year International Warranty on defects, materials and workmanship starting from the date of arrival from  www.swimgadget.com. This means we will repair our replace your clock for free if you encounter any problem. This remains at our discretion. Therefore please take care of your clock. We cannot accept your repair request or warranty claim if your clock shows signs of hits, smacks or dents.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and scratches, chips and discoloration or battery replacement. If you are looking for a replacement of your worn out or broken clock, then drop us an email at alex@swimgadget.com and we will help you out with a coupon or a small gift voucher. We keep all our data files so we can manufacture an exact copy of your clock.

Remember, you void the warranty by submerging your clock or exposing your clock to excessive temperature. Keep your emails and receipts in a safe place. We  keep track of the clocks we manufacture but you will be required to provide a Proof of Purchase for all warranty claims.

Can I buy a Tiny Pacer in a physical store ?

Series One of the Tiny pacer are not mass manufactured, therefore you can only buy them online. Remember that you will have free shipping in Europe buying two units, and free shipping world wide when you purchase three.
